He aids students in the computer science programs at UMA reach their academic and professional goals. He tries to take a holistic approach to student advising. When Ben is not advising students, he is working to help to continue to build out NECPA and the goals the organization has! prandazza@rivier.eduPaula Randazza is the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Rivier University in Nashua, NH. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts; a Master of Education in Student Personnel Administration, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in General Counseling from Springfield College; and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from New England College.
Ms. Randazza has been elected and appointed to a variety of roles within the Northeast Association of College and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO), serving as District Coordinator, Committee Chair, Parliamentarian and, a three year rotation as President-elect, President, and Past-president.
During her career in Higher Education, she has held positions of varying responsibility at Springfield College; at Assumption College, and at Rivier University where she has worked for the last 20 years. Her portfolio includes supervision of public safety/security, student engagement, student leadership/SGA, orientation, multicultural student engagement, volunteer services, health services, residence life/housing, student conduct, and threat assessment.
Ms. Randazza currently resides in Nashua, NH but maintains a home on Cape Ann, in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
